It has been reported that lady Mercy Bassey has withdrawn about N2million naira of public funds from Mkpat Enin Local Government Council account in collaboration with senior civil servants of the LGA. This is coming in the heels of postponing the FGPC meeting meant for appropriations and disbursement of funds.
