I wonder why some Nigerian Pastors seem to be greedy. I also wonder why they will like to collect everything without being a blessing to some of their members especially, the music ministers and instrumentalists serving in their commission. This is the reason why so many music ministers and instrumentalists never have a particular church they worship in.
Nigerian Pastors, don't be greedy, don't collect everything. Put a smile on the faces of your ministers and instrumentalists serving in your commission. Be a blessing to them.
Some players and singers in your church are just students who depend on what you can offer them for sustainability. Some of them are just youths, still coming up in life.
Those guys that are singing and playing, making service awesome are real stars. They have secret battles you're not aware. Devil is never happy with them. He can do all wickedness to make sure they come to him. It is your giving, prayers and encouragement that will make them remain and become rooted in Christ.
Man of God. Your church needs a record label for this stars serving your commission. If you cannot run a label, why not open a music studio for them. Help them push their God given talent. While doing this, they will never forget you.
My main point is, pay your players and singers in your church!. Don't be greedy. Put a smile on their faces. You can start doing this by giving them Transport fare to Church meetings.This is a voice of change!!!
